The core flow of choosing a focus, having a conversation, and ending with next steps is unchanged. The same underlying coaching engine still powers your sessions.

What changed

Visual hierarchy Important elements (like the current message, key actions, and next steps) are visually clearer.

Spacing and layout Padding, margins, and grouping have been updated so that sections feel more distinct and less cramped.

Controls and menus Some controls may have moved into cleaner menus or side panels to reduce clutter.

How to re‑orient

Spend a few minutes exploring: Where you start a new conversation. Where you see history or key context. Where settings and notifications live.
